同济大学材料科学与工程学院教授，博士研究生导师，副院长。中国材料研究学会超材料分会常务理事，上海塑料工程技术学会副理事长，中国复合材料学会高级会员，国家科技奖励评审专家，Carbon, Composite A、Materials Science & Engineering A、Journal of Materials Chemistry C, Soft Materials、复合材料学报、材料研究学报等学术期刊审稿人。

邱军教授长期从事聚合物基复合材料和纳米复合材料的研究工作，主持或参与国家和省部级科研项目30余项，已获授权国家发明专利50余项，发表学术论文80余篇，出版专业著作3部。
